EVIT Online Applications

The EVIT 2021-2022 online applications have officially opened. Students can begin applying by going to East Valley Institute of Technology.

Please encourage your students to fill out an application to ensure they'll have the program, time block, and campus of their choice before they fill up. QCHS students are only permitted to attend PM EVIT. Submitted applications with the current transcript, immunizations, attendance, and discipline (or rubric) attached can be reviewed and possibly even accepted should they meet the criteria.

Launch of Here Comes the Bus App for Parents
Queen Creek School District No. 95 Bus

The Queen Creek Unified School District Transportation Department is proud to announce the launch of the “Here Comes the Bus” app! This app will give QCUSD families whose children currently ride the bus real-time alerts with the bus number, location, and time of arrival. The purpose of this letter is to communicate what bus-riding families need to know in order to use “Here Comes the Bus”. If your child does not currently ride a QCUSD bus, you may disregard this notice.

Ensure your student has a bus pass with a barcode. If your child does not have a bus pass, email hctb@qcusd.org the following information: child name, grade level, and school of attendance. Drivers will distribute the passes to the appropriate students.

Download the free “Here Comes the Bus” app. The app is available for iPhones and Androids. Search “Here Comes the Bus” in your app store.

Once you have downloaded the free app, create a profile with an email address that you check often and set a password for your account.

Add your bus-riding student to your profile by entering the ID found on the student’s bus pass and the school code 29294. The school code is the same for all QCUSD schools. If you have multiple children riding the bus, follow this step for each student.

Once your “Here Comes the Bus” profile is active, you will begin to receive emails regarding the status of your child’s bus. You can also receive this information via text by adjusting your app settings.

The “Here Comes the Bus” app will go live in QCUSD beginning Friday, October 30. For further assistance, questions, and/or requests regarding “Here Comes the Bus”, please email the transportation department or call (480) 987-5982 from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
